Everyone needs menopause awareness training in the workplace. Menopause is a natural and significant life stage that affects a significant number of female colleagues. Creating a supportive and inclusive workplace environment can benefit everyone by fostering understanding, empathy, and promoting overall well-being.

Although it is not a legal requirement, if an employer fails to look after the needs of menopausal employees, this can cause a number of issues. For example, failing to fully consider the health and wellbeing of an employee experiencing it may be considered gender-based discrimination. Employers may also find increased absenteeism and lower productivity.

What does the course cover?

Understand and recognise the reproduction system for women and signs of early menopause.
Recognise common myths and misconceptions of the menopause.
