About the course

This one-day IOSH Managing Safely Refresher course is designed to reinforce and build upon the knowledge gained during the original IOSH Managing Safely training. By the end of the course, delegates will regain full confidence in applying health and safety policies and ensuring employee safety. You cannot join this refresher course unless you have previously…

Managers and supervisors have a responsibility to make sure that employees can work in a safe and healthy environment. That’s why the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) designed a Managing Safely course. Greater care of health and safety often results in greater productivity.

Although IOSH certificates do not expire, you are strongly recommended to take an IOSH refresher. Skills and knowledge fade over time. Don’t take the risk of not being confident of what to do in a health and safety situation involving employees. IOSH recommend that you should take a Managing Safely refresher course no later than 3 years after completing your original training.

If you are an employee in any industry, then you will want to take our IOSH Working Safely course. Employees will be able to identify hazards and risks and understand how personal H&S choices can make a collective difference.

We offer IOSH Managing Safely Refresher courses at our training centres across Wales. if six or more of your staff want to take the IOSH managing safely refresher training then we can also come to your place of business and provide the training.
