Donations

From helping someone who’s collapsed in the street to training a young Cadet in their first lifesaving skill, St John Ambulance Cymru is there when people need us most. But we can’t do it alone.

A group of four people, three wearing bright yellow and green high-visibility jackets with the St John Ambulance Cymru logo on them, stand and chat outdoors near a white tent at an event. One person in the centre, wearing a black jacket over a green shirt with a lanyard, is looking directly at the camera with a slight smile.

Every day, our volunteers are out in communities across Wales – giving first aid, supporting events, and saving lives.

Why your support matters

When you give to St John Ambulance Cymru, you’re not just making a donation. You’re helping a volunteer step forward with the confidence to save a life. You’re giving a young person the chance to learn skills that could change their future. You’re ensuring that when emergencies happen, someone is ready to act.

Your generosity means we can:

  • Train more people in first aid across Wales.
  • Provide equipment and supplies for our volunteers on duty.
  • Support youth programmes that inspire the next generation of lifesavers.
  • Be there at community events, large and small, keeping people safe.

How Your Gift Helps

Every gift, big or small, makes a difference.

  • £10 could provide essential first aid supplies for our volunteers.
  • £25 could support the training of a young cadet learning lifesaving skills.
  • £50 could help train a new volunteer responder.
  • £250 could help keep an ambulance on the road and ready to respond.

We’re proud to be the first aid charity for Wales.
Your support helps us save lives, one person at a time.

Together, we can build a nation of lifesavers.

Every donation, fundraiser, or act of support brings us one step closer to ensuring no one in Wales is left without help in an emergency.
