Take on a challenge
Push yourself, have fun, and make a real difference. By taking on a challenge for St John Ambulance Cymru, you’ll raise vital funds that help us save lives, train more people in first aid, and support communities across Wales.
Why Take on a Challenge?
- Achieve a personal goal while supporting a great cause
- Inspire family, friends, and colleagues to get involved
- Help us provide first aid training, emergency response, and healthcare where it’s needed most
Challenge Ideas
Here are just some of the ways you can get involved:
- Run for St John – from 5Ks and half marathons to full marathons and ultra events, lace up your trainers and take on the miles.
- Cycle Wales – tackle a scenic cycle ride, whether it’s a gentle family event or a long-distance challenge.
- Climb for a Cause – scale Snowdon, Pen y Fan, or take on a climbing wall challenge to raise funds.
- Swim, Paddle, or Row – dive into a sponsored swim or try a water-based challenge.
- Skydive for St John – take the leap of a lifetime and raise money with every freefall.
- Get Creative – set your own unique challenge, like walking 10,000 steps a day, giving up coffee, or doing a month of fitness challenges.
