About the course

Mental health at work has never been so important. On this mental health awareness course, you will learn about common mental health conditions and how to communicate with your colleagues empathetically. We also offer this as an online course which is delivered via Zoom.

The Mental Health Awareness course helps learners better understand mental ill-health, providing an overview of common mental health conditions and highlighting potential risk factors and ways to protect mental wellbeing.

Managers should strongly consider enrolling in a Mental Health First Aid course to effectively support their staff navigating mental health challenges. The course equips managers with essential skills to recognise signs of mental health decline and provides practical tools for offering initial assistance. As frontline leaders, managers play a pivotal role in fostering a mentally healthy workplace by understanding and managing common mental health issues.
