Taking paediatric first aid training via a blended learning approach offers several benefits. Blended learning combines online learning with in-person practical training, providing a comprehensive and flexible learning experience. One key benefit is convenience. Participants can access the online portion of the course at any time and from anywhere with an internet connection. This flexibility allows learners to fit the training into their busy schedules and eliminates the need for travel to a physical training location. Blended learning also enhances engagement and knowledge retention. The practical training sessions in a blended course provide hands-on practice and reinforcement of key skills. Participants have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in simulated scenarios and receive guidance and feedback from qualified instructors. This practical component is crucial for developing confidence and competence in responding to real-life emergencies involving children.
