The work we do in the community

We run first aid and health and safety awareness sessions at schools, workplaces, and local community groups.

First aid awareness sessions in the community

We offer free first aid awareness sessions for schools, colleges, universities, and community groups, delivered at your location by one of our expert trainers.

The profits from our workplace first aid courses help fund these free sessions, supporting our vision to make Wales a community of lifesavers. We believe everyone should have the skills and confidence to help in an emergency.

Youth programmes

We help children and young people learn new skills, prepare for a career in health and social care, give back to their community and gain awards.

We have opportunities for children from age 5 all the way up to students studying at university.
