Challenge Ideas

Here are just some of the ways you can get involved:

  • Run for St John – from 5Ks and half marathons to full marathons and ultra events, lace up your trainers and take on the miles.
  • Cycle Wales – tackle a scenic cycle ride, whether it’s a gentle family event or a long-distance challenge.
  • Climb for a Cause – scale Snowdon, Pen y Fan, or take on a climbing wall challenge to raise funds.
  • Swim, Paddle, or Row – dive into a sponsored swim or try a water-based challenge.
  • Skydive for St John – take the leap of a lifetime and raise money with every freefall.
  • Get Creative – set your own unique challenge, like walking 10,000 steps a day, giving up coffee, or doing a month of fitness challenges.
