Getting involved

St John Ambulance Cymru has been saving lives and supporting communities in Wales for over a century — but we couldn’t do it without people like you. Whether you want to give your time, raise money, or support us in other ways, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved and make a difference.

Fundraising & donations

Every pound raised helps us train more people, respond to more emergencies, and support more communities. Whether you take on a personal challenge, hold a coffee morning, or join a sponsored event like the Cardiff Half Marathon, your efforts will directly support lifesaving work across Wales.
